Programme Advertising:

There will be a separate programme for each weekend's events with both July and September's programmes being covered by one programme for the two separate days.

The size of the programme is A5 portrait style and advertisers will provide their own artwork.

The programmes are available as follows:
  • 3rd & 4th May: Midland Hill Climb Championship, Paul Matty Lotus Championship and Richard Egger Insurance/HSA Championship.
  • 30th May/31st May: British, Leaders and Midland Hill Climb Championships. Ferrari hillclimb championship plus Shelsley Specials feature class.
  • 4th July: Invited Championships. "Reg Phillips Trophy Meeting" Midland Speed Championship, Westfield Speed Series
  • 5th July: Pre-1950 Vintage and post-Vintage thoroughbred Meeting.
  • July 18th/19th: Mid-summer meeting including Luffield MG Championship, Porsche Championship and Motorcycles. The Classic Meeting (pre 1980) including the Bert Hadley Memorial Championship.
  • August 15th/16th: British, Leaders and Midland Hill Climb Championships and Paul Matty Lotus Championship plus feature class.
  • September 19th: Midland Speed Paul Matty Lotus Championship, motorcycles, Ginetta, and Triumph classes.
  • September 20th: Richard Egger/HSA Championship plus Austin Healey, Morgan and feature classes.
The prices for advertising are as follows:
  • End Covers (inside front, inside rear in colour): £170.00
  • Inside full page: £140.00
  • Inside half page: £90.00
Series discounts 15% 5 inserts.

MAC News Advertising:

MAC news will appear in 2009 as the same style of the example enclosed.

Advertisers taking out programme advertisements may use the same advert as in the MAC News.

The MAC News circulation is 2000 copies, with 8 issues per year

Rates 2009:
  • Inside full front or back covers, or back cover in colour: £200.00
  • Inside half front or back covers in colour: £120.00
  • Full page: £175.00
  • Half page: £100.00

Hospitality Sites:

1. Levelled grass sites in the public car park between kennel bend and crossing bend suitable for marquees or displays. On site caterer can supply food and drink service if required.

Price includes hire of site and admission tickets as indicated. Per day.

Upper site: Approximately 40ft x 70ft including 30 tickets £170.00 plus tickets at £14.

Lower site: Approximately 50ft x 140ft including 40 tickets £350.00 plus tickets at £14.

2. S bend enclosure: Level enclosure adjacent to track, accessible on foot only during events, suitable for medium size parties, including 40 tickets. £300.00 plus tickets

3. Lower S bend enclosure: Graded levels enclosure with good viewing, accessible only on foot during events, including 30 tickets. £225.00 plus tickets

Hirers of Hospitality sites may purchase additional tickets at half the public entry cost.

Trade Stand sites:

Trade stand sites are in the paddock or public car park and are subject to availability and will be charged per weekend as follows.

Mar 3rd/4th, July 18th/19th and September 19th/20th £50.00

May 30th/31st, July 4th/5th, August 15th/16th £60.00

The price includes 2 admission tickets.

Static display sites are available in the public areas, cost depends on location and size.

Advertising on Timing Display Towers:

Sign written boards mounted adjacent to competitors' time information on Display towers.

S bend Tower size 56ins x 17ins £200.00 per sign full season

Crossing bend Tower size 45ins x 14ins £170.00 per sign full season

Banners:

Your advertising banner up to 12 feet x 3 feet, erected on trackside fencing or other agreed location.

£150.00 for full season
